Terms and Conditions - Newsletter Contest

1. Organizer of the Contest

The organizer of the contest is howa Spielwaren GmbH, Liebigstraße 4, 96465 Neustadt bei Coburg, represented by its managing director Silke Hausdörfer.

 2. Eligibility

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.  Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation in the contest is through registration for the howa newsletter via the published contest pop-up. Each registration automatically enters the draw. Participation is free and independent of any purchase.

4. Participation Period  

The contest runs from the first to the last day of the respective month and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59 PM.

5. Prize

A digital howa voucher worth 100 EUR for the howa online shop – www.howa-spielwaren.com – will be raffled. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize will be sent by email.

6. Prize Draw

Winners will be determined by a random draw among all participants and notified by email. The prize draw takes place in the first week of the following month.

7. Data Protection

The personal data collected during the contest will be used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest. Further information on data processing can be found in the organizer's privacy policy.

8. Exclusion from the Contest 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest who violate the participation conditions, provide incorrect information, or manipulate the contest.

9. Early Termination and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, or to change the participation conditions if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons.

10. Liability

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical system and service disruptions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses, unless such damages are caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the organizer.

11. Legal Recourse 

Legal recourse is excluded.

12. Applicable Law 

Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
