What is needed:
- Grill skewers
- Fresh sweet corn cob
- Red bell pepper
- Sausages
Preparation:
Cut the sausages, corn, and red bell pepper into roughly equal-sized pieces and then alternately skewer them onto the wooden stick. Example order: sausage, bell pepper, corn, then repeat. This creates a wonderful color combination and might even make vegetables appealing to kids who aren’t big vegetable fans. After all, we know that we eat with our eyes first.
Grilling skewers:
Place the skewers on the grill and cook on both sides until the sausages are crispy brown and the vegetables are cooked.
Serving suggestion:
Place the skewers on a plate, garnish with some ketchup and a piece of fresh herb baguette on the side, and enjoy. Mmm...!!! Simply delicious!
